Additionally, an invitation was extended to leading practitioners in the field to contribute chapters that describe their particular approaches to this vital skill set, including Mark Latino, President of The Reliability Center, Inc., Hopewell Virginia, Mark Galley, founder of ThinkReliability, Inc., Houston, Texas, Doug Plucknette, who founded Reliable Solutions, Inc., now closely affiliated with Allied Inspired Reliability, Inc., of Charleston, South Carolina, teamed with Mark Galley to contribute a section on the relationship between Reliability Centered Maintenance methodology and Root Cause Failure Analysis methodology, along with Neville Sachs, P.E., of Sachs, Salvaterra & Associates, Syracuse, New York who first contributed a section on mechanical failures to the fifth edition of this text. |
